There are seven basic actions you can perform in AEGEAPOLIS.
It is one action per turn.
Besides the basic actions, the active player can decide to negotiate with other players,
and only the currently active player can be approached for deals!
Negotiations and deals are made in addition to the basic action.

The first basic action is discovery. It is the “bread and butter” at the start of your game.

The second basic action is establish relations. That is the precondition to trade.

The third basic action is trade. Trade includes always a generation of commodities from one or two polis tiles. Exchange of commodities is not part of trade but dealt in addition in negotiations.

The fourth basic action is recruiting. Use army tokens to recruit an army of Phalanges.

The fives basic action is movement & combat. For movement you need fleet tokens to move armies.

The sixth basic action is change form of government. Each form of government has its benefits.

The seventh basic action is drawing a mission card. A great opportunity to score additional victory points or invest mission cards for negotiations.
